Basic walleye fishing

Have you been wanting to try your luck on catching some nice walleye? Well Blackduck Lake is a perfect lake to learn these skills. The reason this lake is a easy fish is because the depth of the lake which in the deepest it is 28'. There is so many different places to fish on the lake of 2600 acres. The best time to try is from opener to about the 3rd week of June. You will be doing a lot of trolling during this time and maybe some jigging. The bait during this time of the year is usually minnows but sometimes the water is warm enough to try leechs. If you stay at our resort i will teach you all what i can while you are here.
